Une histoire brutale sans concession, extrêmement gore et graphique où deux enfants voient s'entretuer sous leurs yeux leurs parents psychopathes. Suite à l'incident, les enfants sont séparés, la jeune fille est placée dans une famille d'accueil alors que le jeune frère lui est laissé dans un orphelinat. Les années passent, le jeune garçon est pris à son tour de pulsions et d'obstinations. Attendant patiemment le jour de ses 21 ans, il organise des retrouvailles sanglantes entre sa soeur et lui.
